Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials with effective strategies.
• Maintains classroom management and differentiates instruction for diverse learners.
• Evaluates student progress using multiple assessment methods and provides reports.
• Communicates with parents and maintains positive relationships with students and staff.
• Adheres to health, safety policies and school rules.
• Performs non-instructional duties as assigned.
