Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; at least one year of related experience.
• CPR and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate social, educational, and recreational programs for adults with special needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, caregivers, and partner agencies.
• Provide welcoming, safe environments with strong customer service and conflict resolution.
• Manage scheduling, registration, event coordination, and communications with families and agencies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners and participate in team meetings.
