Job summary

Southern Oregon ESD's CCRN Inclusion Specialist role serves Jackson and Josephine Counties, providing Warm Line coaching to early learning programs to foster inclusion.

The position partners with child care directors, teachers, and families to implement strategies, assess environments, and build high-quality, inclusive programs.

Salary is on the Classified Hourly Compensation Schedule for 2026-2027, $24.61 to $29.49 per hour, with health insurance, PERS, holidays, and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, special education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with early childhood assessment tools and inclusive practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with providers and families.

Responsibilities

• Market Warm Line services to early learning providers and families.
• Conduct Inclusive Child Care high needs assessments and determine eligibility.
• Deliver coaching, trainings, and technical assistance to directors, teachers, and family providers.
• Coordinate with partners to support inclusive, high-quality learning environments.
