Job summary

WM is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee operations and financial results of one or more Hospital, Medical, and Infectious Waste Incinerator facilities. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Transportation, Safety and Environmental Compliance to resolve safety, regulatory and customer issues.

You will ensure ES&H, regulatory compliance, revenue growth, budget control and continuous improvement across locations, driving performance and adherence to standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related equivalent in management or environmental field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in logistics and plant operations.
• Experience leading a team in an industrial operational and regulatory compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, and develops an effective and efficient team of managers, supervisors, and plant workers.
• Reviews applicable regulatory documentation and maintains contact with state and local regulatory personnel; coordinates inspections and tours.
• Focuses on KPI performance and continuous improvement to meet production, safety, compliance, and financial goals.
• Provides financial forecasting and oversight of payroll, expenses, and capital projects.

Education
