Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Control Panel Operator to run incineration processes on automatic equipment, monitor meters, temperatures, and pressures, ensuring adherence to process specifications. The role will prioritize safety, report malfunctions, and coordinate with technicians to keep plant operations running smoothly.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of related industrial experience, and a preferred boiler/operator license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related industrial experience.
• Previous control panel operator experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operates control panels for incineration equipment and monitors meters, gauges, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure spec adherence.
• Prioritizes health and safety by following policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Reports malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Communicates with technicians regarding complex equipment issues for repair as needed.
• Takes on additional duties to support the team and organization.
