Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Control Panel Operator for distillation operations in Tennessee. You will operate control panels on automatic machines, monitor meters and gauges, and ensure safety and process adherence.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, guiding the production team, and assisting maintenance as needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience and familiarity with DCS systems and pumps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with DCS systems, pumps, and hoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate control panels for automatic machines and related equipment to complete distillation processes.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, temperatures, pressures, pumps and related controls to ensure specifications.
• Prioritize health and safety by following policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Take appropriate action on incoming materials to complete distillation processes per procedures and regulations.
• Monitor distillation columns and related equipment; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide direction to production team members and assist in training new staff.
• Maintain clean and safe processing areas; keep logs and reporting for resource use.
• Assist maintenance and operate a forklift as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support the team and organization.
