Occupational Health & Safety Incident Response Technician

At On-Site Health & Safety, our Field Technicians work in a mobile setting, responding to various worksites such as construction zones, warehouses, refineries, and restaurants. They operate company-provided vehicles, often working from home and avoiding commutes. Our company has been in operation since 1996, expanding across 20 states, with a mission to keep America working by being on-site.

Core services include responding to worksites for health and safety compliance, incident reports, first aid, pulmonary testing, drug screening, hearing tests, and blood draws (when licensed).

Position Benefits

• Take home company vehicle
• Full-time, 4 days/10-hour shifts
• $21/hour
• On-call rotation including some overnight and weekend shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience or education in EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, Licensed Vocational Nurse/LPN, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or CNA
• At least 18 years old
• Insurable by company insurance with a clean driving record (3-5 years)
• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Additional Notes

• Ability to articulate instructions clearly and speak publicly
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs for extended periods
• Willing to operate a vehicle for long distances (up to 90% of shift, 100-150 miles/day)

Work Location

Position available in key geographic areas with a service area to respond promptly. Employees can live within the area and work in the extended region.

Applicants must meet minimum requirements; offers are contingent on background and drug screening. Due to the nature of services, drug testing is federally compliant, and safety-sensitive roles are subject to post-accident and random testing. Immunization against hepatitis B is recommended due to exposure risks.
