Job summary

Infinite Campus is seeking an Incident Commander to lead incident management, coordinate cross-functional response, and ensure service levels are maintained across Our educational software platform.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, 5+ years in Change/Incident/Problem Management, and familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems. This is a full-time on-site position in Blaine, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Change, Incident and Problem Management.
• Experience with formal Incident Management processes and company-wide ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of monitoring platforms and cloud-based services.
• Fundamental understanding of the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the incident management process for Infinite Campus.
• Facilitate incident identification, communication and resolution to maintain service levels.
• Act as a focal point for customer and internal incidents and coordinate staff.
