This position will escalate complex issues to our Advanced Operations & Engineering resources, determine root causes of failures, and develop corrective actions. These actions can include configuration changes or developing new operational procedures. The role involves contributing to ongoing process improvement reviews using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to eliminate errors, maximize hardware/software efficiencies, and increase service uptime, leading to an excellent customer experience.
