Via is seeking an Incident Management Team Lead to oversee a team in Fort Worth, TX, guiding incident investigations and risk management while driving cross-functional initiatives to improve handling across the organization.
The role is in-person with evening hours (3pm–11:30pm CT). You will coach, monitor performance, identify training needs, and act as an escalation point under pressure, ensuring adherence to IMO processes and delivering scalable incident management improvements.

This individual will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Incident Management Operations specialists while driving operational excellence across processes and systems. The role combines hands‑on team leadership with ownership of cross‑functional initiatives that improve how incidents are managed across the organization.
