Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an Incentive Pay Analyst to review daily labor reporting time and attendance data and calculate incentive pay for production staff. You will apply incentive standards, verify scanning information for errors, and provide daily incentive earnings to supervision.

Responsibilities include training others and supporting special projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with production and engineering teams in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Select and apply incentive standards to employee production data, using appropriate computer software, from authorized labor reporting in the Ashley time and attendance system.
• Compare production reports to labor reporting data and contact appropriate supervisor regarding questionable information.
• Review dead-time, down-time and efficiencies and work with supervision to support the resolution of questions generated from incorrect scanning.
• Use computer software and manual calculations to generate daily incentive earnings for individual employees and groups of employees.
• Post earnings and issues regarding earnings data to the area supervisor.
• Track new employee time for proper allocation of time for correct incentive calculations.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
