Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking an Incentive Compensation Analyst to oversee the administration of incentive compensation plans, including design, modeling, eligibility, payment calculation, reporting, and governance. You will work with Lending Origination Officers, Relationship Managers, and business unit leaders to ensure accurate incentive payouts and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships.
• Ability to take initiative, drive project work and complete work within established deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, with advanced working fluency in Excel, SQL, VBA, or Visio.
• Previous Varicent incentive compensation platform experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Certified Compensation Professional or World at Work Coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and modeling of incentive compensation plans and governance.
• Process incentive compensation payment requests and monitor eligibility.
• Audit, risk review, and reporting of plans and payouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments for plan delivery.
• Develop data analyses and reports on compensation trends and benchmarks.
• Support Total Rewards programs including Benefits and Incentives as needed.
