Job summary

Core & Main is seeking an incentive compensation analyst to centralize data and ensure data integrity for analysis. Based in St. Louis, you will connect disparate sources, standardize data, and provide guidance on incentive plan options to support internal equity.

You will develop pro forma analyses, maintain signed plan documents, and prepare monthly payout reports for participants and management. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Robust financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience administering incentive plans across a large multi-state organization.
• Experience with Alteryx, Workday HCM and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on incentive compensation plan options to ensure internal equity and standardization.
• Assist with developing and reviewing pro forma analyses for incentive plans to show financial impact.
• Assist with updating incentive plans and maintaining files of signed documents.
• Assist with compilation of monthly reports to plan participants and management recapping performance and payout amounts.
• Perform system maintenance to reflect changes in incentive plans.
