Job summary

Grupo Antolin Nashville, LLC (NSV) is seeking an INCA11 CMM Programmer. The role involves coordinating CMM programming, creating and modifying CMM programs, and performing layouts and gauge R&R to meet customer specifications.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience with CMMs and PolyWorks. This position requires the ability to work various shifts and extended hours during large production launches.

Responsibilities

• Perform gauge R&R, capability studies and record data as required.
• Ensure timely calibration of gauges to NIST traceable standards.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions.

Mission:

• Through a variety of testing and inspection methods, perform quality assurance laboratory testing as required by customer specifications and control plans.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and executes all CMM programming requirements
• Creates and modifies CMM programs as needed to perform new measurements or account for specification changes
• Performs layouts on products, tooling, gauges, fixtures and other equipment requested
• Performs gauge R&R, capability studies and records data in database, spreadsheet or on prescribed forms
• Ensure timely calibration of gauges and other measurement equipment back to NIST traceable standards
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and change directions easily
• Performs other tasks as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience with operating & programming CMMs
• Prior experience with operating Red Light scanners using PolyWorks software
• Able to work any shift, and extended hours during large production launches
• Ability to follow directions of a technical nature with minimal supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High initiative and self-motivating – ability to work independently
• Clear understanding of Statistical Process Control
• Able to read and interpret drawings including advanced GD&T
• Computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products
• Physically able to calibrate quality assurance laboratory equipment

Compensation:

Salary Range: $67,600 – $71,800
