Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure inbound functions are accurate.
• Ensure team adheres to policies, inventory controls, safety and service procedures.
• Coach, train, and counsel operational staff on performance.
• Define productivity expectations and monitor progress regularly.
• Identify opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance of all team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
