Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of warehouse experience and knowledge of departmental functions.
• HS or GED preferred.
• Ability to cover multiple functions and adapt to seasonal shifts.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify new employees on operations and safety.
• Coordinate movement and assignment of associates to drive DC results.
• Identify improvements for safety, efficiency, accuracy and quality.
• Communicate operational topics affecting upstream or downstream success.
• Support department supervisor or trainer as needed.
• Adapt to seasonal periods and cover routine DC functions.
• Maintain open communication with management and other departments.
• Handle busy production demands calmly and interact with coworkers.
