Arvato is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations in Memphis, coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, and driving accuracy across inbound activities. You’ll lead a team, manage exceptions, and work with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, RF and SAP proficiency, and a focus on efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is an on-site role supporting warehouse operations in Tennessee.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound warehouse operations and coordinate workflows with Supervisors.
• Monitor and assign tasks to warehouse associates; track transactions.
• Collaborate with Control Tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, and Shipping teams.
• Identify risks to performance and implement recovery plans with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions (damages, missing parts) to Account Team.
• Manage daily efficiency and identify areas for improvement with the local team.
• Maintain inventory levels of consumables and create SAP requisitions as needed.
• Oversee personnel in a professional manner and address issues.

Arvato is seeking a proactive Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with Supervisors. In this role, you’ll showcase your leadership skills by coordinating workflows, assigning and monitoring tasks for warehouse associates, tracking transactions, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the inbound department. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of daily performance while driving collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

YOUR TASKS

• Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems
• Be knowledgeable of all areas of operations and the links between them
• Coordinate with various ops teams (Control tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, Service Delivery) to ensure daily adherence to performance targets is met
• Monitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the Supervisors
• Coordinate and prepare a recovery plan for at-risk targets with Supervision
• Communicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (ie, Inbound damage, missing part numbers)
• Follow up on issues as needed
• Work with the local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables (boxes, packing slips, etc.) Create requisitions in SAP as needed
• Oversee personnel in a professional manner
• Investigate and repair exceptions (Over, Under, Missing, Damages etc)
• Assigns cycle counts as needed
• Be flexible with shift hours as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated receiveexperience in a fast paced distribution center environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Problem solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Safety knowledge
