Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in our Colorado Springs store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safety while handling merchandise on the sales floor. Expect a dynamic daily routine with responsibilities including stocking, inventory accuracy, and operating essential handheld devices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories and assist peers as needed.
