Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert in Madison, WI. You will help guests with a friendly, efficient shopping experience and support team operations on the General Merchandise and Food Sales floor. The role involves stocking, product availability, and safe handling of merchandise while adhering to store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, assist with finding products, resolve issues, and thank guests.
• Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate equipment if certified and handle merchandise safely.
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
