Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
• Valid forklift operator license.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and performing required inspections.
• Familiar with lift devices (ID lifters, spreader bars, C hooks, sheet lifters).
• Ability to identify and stage loads.
• Stratix Software experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and calibration of testing equipment at shift start.
• Review inbound shipment schedules at shift start.
• Accept shipping documents and inbound steel for authorized shipments.
• Provide guidance to support personnel as necessary.
• Execute administrative functions accurately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols in the plant safety handbook.
• Maintain attendance per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
