Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking highly consultative CFP professionals to join an inbound sales team serving high-net-worth retirees with retirement tax planning insights, not traditional advisory work. You will conduct 25–30 pre-scheduled Zoom consultations weekly with established interest and assets, acting as the closer while a planning team handles implementation.

Qualifications

• CFP® designation in good standing (non-negotiable).
• 5+ years in a client-facing financial planning, advisory, or consultative financial services role.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong consultative communication skills.
• Clean U4 regulatory history.
• Confidence presenting premium planning fees.
• Strong executive presence and professionalism on Zoom.
• High emotional intelligence and active listening.
• Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills.
• Coachable mindset with willingness to follow a proven process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound Zoom consultations with qualified prospects.
• Use the client’s diagnostic framework to assess retirement planning concerns and tax exposure risks.
• Educate prospects on retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion planning concepts.
• Create meaningful epiphany moments to illustrate long-term tax planning impact.
• Build trust and credibility through clear, consultative communication.
• Guide prospects through decision-making without pressure-based tactics.
• Manage follow-up conversations and pipeline activity with discipline.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
• Participate in coaching, team reviews and training.
