Moxie Pest Control in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Inbound Sales Specialist to engage customers by phone, email and text. You’ll listen, uncover needs, and present solutions that fit their home pest concerns, guiding conversations toward a confident decision.

Base pay is $17–$18 per hour, with sales commissions. Most full-time reps earn about $54k–$65k in their first year, with a strong season from August to November. This is an in-person, day-shift, Monday–Friday role with rotating Saturdays.

• No pest-control expertise required; sales experience not mandatory.
• You enjoy talking with people and listening to understand their needs.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and guide customers toward the best solution.
• Confident, positive, dependable and motivated with goal orientation.
