Inbound Sales Representative Job Description

We are a 100% virtual CPA firm with team members across the United States. We specialize in serving Real Estate Investors, Syndicates, and Fund Managers — many of whom are sophisticated, high-income, or high-net-worth professionals or business owners.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will conduct discovery calls using a consultative sales approach with qualified inbound leads from our marketing team, and proactively engage our extensive lead database to uncover and create new sales opportunities.

Top performers at our firm are polished, self-motivated, adaptable, and excel at managing their time. They bring a proven track record of hitting — and exceeding — sales targets in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Base Salary: $50,000

Commission Income: $40,000 - $80,000+

Areas of Responsibility
  • Conduct engaging discovery meetings with qualified inbound leads to uncover pain points and identify how our services create value.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on the firm’s service offerings and clearly communicate how we help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals and desired outcomes.
  • Guide prospects through a consultative, value-driven sales process — no pushy pitches, just tailored solutions.
  • Route complex or strategic opportunities to senior executives when needed, ensuring a smooth and professional handoff.
  • Close deals with prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proactively uncover new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and tapping into our warm lead database.
  • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft tailored outreach strategies to generate interest and engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot or a similar CRM
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative, high-trust environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills — you prioritize effectively, move with speed, and confidently handle 7+ sales consults per day
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in a fully remote, autonomous setting
  • A professional, confident video presence that earns trust with sophisticated, high-net-worth clients
  • Experience in professional services (CPA/financial advisory), real estate, or related sales — preferred but not required

  • Always use video (80% of communication is non-verbal
