Alan Belgium is hiring an Inbound Sales professional to guide freelancers and very small companies through the self-serve buying journey. You will advise on relevant insurance products, build trust, and close contracts while learning to optimize the self-serve experience.

You join a comprehensive traineeship with coaching from a top sales team, gradually expanding your scope and impact across the business. This role offers remote/work-from-home flexibility where available.

Competenze

• Great communication skills in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Active listening to identify needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Drive and assertiveness to push a sales cycle and close deals.
• Basic analytical skills to assess performance and data.
• 1–2 years in a Sales role with closing experience.
• Ambition to build a career in sales and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Support prospects in Alan's online self-serve buying process (quotes, chat, meetings, callbacks).
• Proactively advise on insurance products and demonstrate Alan's value to close deals.
• Develop sales storytelling, manage pipeline, and provide feedback to improve the self-serve experience.
• Participate in Alan’s sales traineeship program to grow into top performers.
