Nebraska Furniture Mart is hiring an Inbound Receiving Administration Supervisor to lead warehouse receiving administration and ensure accurate, timely inbound merchandise flow. You will oversee processes, documentation, and compliance while mentoring staff and collaborating with carriers and internal teams.

You'll manage capacity planning, dock scheduling, and labor utilization, drive continuous improvement, and align receiving with transportation objectives. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, receiving, or supply chain operations.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising staff.
• Working knowledge of receiving, inventory control, and scheduling processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor capacity planning, dock scheduling, and labor utilization.
• Manage receiving strategies to align with inbound transportation and supply chain objectives.
• Directly supervise the Receiving Coordinator and Field Auditors; coach, mentor, and develop staff.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and audit findings.
• Coordinate with all regions to align receiving processes and tools.
