Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse office experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and packing slips.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily inbound shipment schedules.
• Review and process bills of lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents.
• Communicate with warehouse staff regarding incoming loads.
• Resolve discrepancies involving shipment quantities or documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
