Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for putting away inbound produce and ensuring proper rotation. You will operate a stand-up forklift, use RF scanners, and maintain a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced facility.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, the ability to work safely with powered equipment, and strong English communication. Experience with replenishment and inventory control is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a warehouse.
• Six months experience using a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack.
• Basic knowledge of fresh produce.
• Experience in replenishment, product cycling, RF scanners and returns functions.

Responsibilities

• Receives and puts away all inbound produce.
• Ensures product is put away in proper rotation (FIFO).
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.
• Keeps selection slots stocked and pallets clear of tape, wrap or wires; removes empty pallets as needed.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of the work area.
• Accounting for the received product.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
