Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for putting away inbound produce and ensuring proper rotation. The role includes safe operation of equipment and maintaining clean, organized work areas at the Everett, WA facility.

Candidate should have at least six months in a warehouse, forklift/Pallet jack experience, and familiarity with RF scanners. This is a full-time on-site position with standard warehouse duties and potential for additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months warehouse experience.
• Experience using a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fresh produce preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and returns-related tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and puts away all inbound produce.
• Ensures product is put away in proper rotation (FIFO).
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.
• Keeps selection slots stocked and pallets clear of tape, wrap or wires; removes empty pallets as needed.
• Maintains cleaning and sanitation of the work area.
• Accounts for the received product.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
