CVS Health in Virginia Beach is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support patients and caregivers. The role is full-time, with schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm EST and occasional weekends/holidays.

You will work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team to deliver compassionate, accurate information using internal systems. Qualifications include 2–4 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of previous Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assisting, Medical office experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and concepts used in care management.
• Effective communicator, strong customer service skills, computer literacy in order to navigate through internal/external computer systems.
• The ability to effectively communicate in a multi-disciplinary team.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
