Outbound Call Representative – What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the first friendly point of contact, setting appointments and answering questions about our services.
• Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates, and follow up on leads.
• Keep schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for field technicians.
• Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop.
• Handle light administrative tasks such as document edits and customer follow‑ups.

• Detail‑oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus).
