The pay range per hour is $23.50 - $39.95.

Experts of operations, process, and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, merchandised, and available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. This team also leads inventory accuracy, merchandise setup, and pricing processes for all areas of the store. This team may also lead Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery of merchandise to our guests by owning pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.

A typical day as a GM Team Leader will include responsibilities such as executing daily/weekly workload to deliver sales goals, supporting operational procedures, assisting with inventory accuracy, merchandising, and pricing, leading tasks like receiving products, restocking shelves, and organizing the backroom, assigning daily tasks to team members, establishing goals and expectations, ensuring safety and compliance, and providing excellent guest service.
