Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team understands and operates within policies, inventory controls, safety, and service procedures.
• Direct all outbound warehouse activities and supervise employee teams.
• Ensure order accuracy and product quality for retail customers.
• Coach and develop supervisory staff on performance.
• Define productivity expectations and monitor progress.
• Identify opportunities for employee development and performance improvement.
• Promote safety and conduct safety training and inspections.
• Investigate complaints related to damaged products, misloads, variances, and delays.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
