Central Transport is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound terminal dock activities in Oklahoma City. You will manage loading processes, forklift traffic, and the unloading of palletized freight while driving safety and efficiency.

You will supervise up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel, monitor cube/weight compliance, and ensure KPI goals and DOT/OSHA standards are met, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation/LTL environment preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team of drivers.
• Focus on delivering excellent service to customers.
• High aptitude for technology and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inbound operations for designated section of the terminal dock.
• Manage loading, forklift traffic, and unloading of palletized freight.
• Supervise up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel.
• Ensure proper load of carriers by monitoring cube and weight.
• Provide leadership to drivers and dock staff.
• Monitor dock production and achieve KPI goals; ensure safety standards.
