TheInbound Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating inbound logistics, customer service, and documentation processes to ensure efficient and accurate operations. This role involves overseeing traffic coordination, idling prevention and monitoring, providing exceptional customer service, and handling documentation tasks and cargo diversions. Must work collaboratively across departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsible for continental United States and southern cross‑border traffic, including ocean facilities found on the East and Gulf Coasts: New York, Norfolk, Savannah, Charleston, Jacksonville, Mobile, Houston.

The pay range listed for this position is the anticipated starting salary or wage range, and the final offered rate will be based on individual merit and the relative compensation of employees in similar positions.
