Job summary

Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Durant, OK to ensure data accuracy between our internal systems and physical counts. You will collaborate across departments to identify issues and present proactive solutions that support our customers.

The role requires independent work across teams, precise adjustments based on counts, and safe operation of warehouse equipment to maintain efficient inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Run various reports that identify potential systematic issues with inventory, investigate appropriately and resolve any found problems
• Search for inaccuracies and errors, such as misplaced stock, while conducting and processing scheduled weekly cycle counts
• Complete inventory adjustments based off differences in physical counts and research using the company’s ERP system
• Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock product
• Identify and process damaged inventory throughout the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensure that misplaced or mistakenly picked items are returned to the correct bin location
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to fulfill job duties to ensure a safe work environment
• Pick wrap/kit list for repack items and transport completed product throughout the warehouse for put-away
• Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
• Abide by all company and warehouse policies
• Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation

The Inventory Control Specialist role ensures the accuracy of the data in our internal systems compared to the physical counts of inventory.
