Batteries Plus is seeking an Inbound Manager to oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, and storage of goods. You will lead daily inbound operations, drive efficiency, accuracy, and profitability by partnering with DC leaders and overseeing staffing and process improvements.
You will hire, train, and evaluate associates, coach team members, and ensure safety policies and PPE compliance while maintaining inventory integrity and coordinating across teams.

The manager will lead daily inbound operations by partnering with other distribution center leaders to drive efficiency, accuracy, and profitability. This role will oversee the execution of inventory, staffing, and process improvement strategies to meet service and productivity goals within the inbound department.
