Job summary

The Batteries Plus Inbound Manager will oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, and storage of inbound goods at our distribution center in Wisconsin. You will lead daily inbound operations, partnering with other center leaders to drive efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving associates, implementing process improvements, ensuring safety and compliance, and coaching staff to meet service and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or distribution center operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of formal supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficient in WMS operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Advanced computer proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with conflict-resolution ability.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
