Tuckernuck, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee inbound inventory flow, purchase order tracking, and cross‑functional coordination across Operations, Buying, Merchandising, and vendors.

The role emphasizes accurate receipt reconciliation and timely communication of delays to ensure inventory availability for merchandising and promotions. The position leads the logistics team, improves inbound reporting, and supports vendor return workflows while fostering collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is required.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills with ability to identify trends and risks.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with Buying, Planning, Finance, and warehouse teams.
• Experience with vendor shipments and inbound inventory reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound inventory flow from vendors to the fulfillment network and manage PO visibility.
• Coordinate with Operations, Buying, Merchandising, Production, and vendors to ensure on‑time receipt reporting.
• Lead daily/weekly inbound reporting and communicate delays or discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Buying/Merchandising for inbound shipment questions.
• Support vendor return workflows and document logistics processes and trainings.
