Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and pivot tables.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Control web yard by creating and sending container moves to drivers.
• Maintain daily inbound shared spreadsheet in Excel.
• Communicate with team via Teams when containers are empty.
• Prepare manifests for verifiers and offload/verify containers.
• Check manifests against WMS and correct errors.
• Verify freight against the floor and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers and send photos as needed.
• Maintain OS&D reports and coordinate with lumper scheduler.
• Keep a clean and organized work area at all times.
