Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse associate to unload shipping trucks, verify inbound product, and organize freight. The role requires handling pallets, assisting drivers, and maintaining dock safety in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Starting pay is $19.25 per hour, with regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. This position includes temperature-controlled work areas and a commitment to attendance and accurate paperwork, supporting our national food service network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months or more related experience.
• Must be available to work with the demands of the department which are regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature.

Responsibilities

• Offload inbound trucks in a timely manner.
• Unpack, verify, and record inbound product being unloaded.
• Ensure drivers are in proper door and their trailers secure.
• Document overages, shortages, and damages.
• Handle and stack product.
• Break down and wrap pallets.
• Manage dock space to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain necessary paperwork.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
