Qualifications

• Active Georgia real estate license (or actively pursuing one).
• Track record of sales success—in real estate or another field.
• Strong organization and follow-through; this business runs on responsiveness.
• Comfort with CRM tools, AI, social media, and the other systems we use daily.
• Self-direction — you own your business, with support from the team.
• Happy, likable personality and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow up consistently on assigned leads to build and manage your pipeline.
• Advise buyers on neighborhoods, pricing, local market conditions, and negotiation strategy.
• Write purchase offers that move buyers toward a fast, clean closing.
• Guide clients from first showing to closing table, owning the relationship end to end.
• Keep the CRM current so no lead goes cold.
