Job summary

NVB Playgrounds is seeking an Inbound Lead who will supervise the accurate receipt, inspection, sorting, and organization of incoming materials at our Indiana facility.

You will verify packing lists, coordinate with the Design and warehouse teams, and provide day-to-day direction to coworkers to ensure timely put-away and reporting of discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, inspection, sorting, and organization of incoming materials.
• Verify quantities and accuracy of materials against packing lists.
• Review and compare manufacturer and internal packing lists to received items.
• Identify discrepancies, shortages, damaged materials, or incorrect items and escalate.
• Lead warehouse staff in sorting, organizing, and putting away materials.
• Ensure inbound storage is organized and materials are kept in appropriate locations.
• Assist in resolving receiving discrepancies and communicate issues to the appropriate department.

INBOUND LEADSupervisor: Warehouse ManagerGENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Inbound Lead is responsible for overseeing the accurate receipt, inspection, sorting, and organization of incoming materials. This position ensures materials and packing lists are accurate and works closely with the warehouse team to identify discrepancies, locate materials, and keep inbound operations organized and efficient.
