Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking an Insurance Agent in Tucson, AZ to sell nonstandard auto insurance. You will handle inbound leads and walk-in traffic, meet sales goals, and build relationships with customers for upsell opportunities.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan. A sign-on bonus up to $1,000 is available and there are paid incentives and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet goals.
• Expand by building relationships with existing customers.
• Process currency transactions and deposits with proper documentation.
