Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring an Insurance Agent in Burbank, IL to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will handle inbound leads and walk-ins, aiming to exceed sales goals while building strong customer relationships.

The role offers a $16–$18 per hour wage with unlimited commissions, comprehensive training, and a rich benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan with company-match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with customers to reach production targets.
• Accurate handling of currency and deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
