Confie’s agency network is hiring an Insurance Agent in Dallas to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You’ll solicit new business, maintain relationships, and drive production while handling deposits and documentation with our agency system.

Preferred candidates hold a Personal Lines or P&C license and are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong sales or customer service experience and a high school diploma. Growth and incentives await the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.

Aufgaben

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises the customer on which products best fit their needs.
