Job summary

Confie in Addison, IL is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business, maintain current levels to meet production goals, and expand by building relationships with clients.

You’ll handle deposits and documentation in the agency system while educating customers on product fit. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, plus uncapped commissions, paid training, licensing support, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities
