About the Inbound Inside Sales Representative - Apollo.io

We are seeking an experienced and driven Inbound Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, qualifying potential customers, and driving sales opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound communications, understanding customer needs, and efficiently guiding leads through the sales process. At MarketStar, we believe in fostering professional growth and providing opportunities for career advancement. Location: Hybrid - Salt Lake City, UT

What Will You Do?

  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through inbound channels.

  • Manage incoming calls, web forms, and chat requests from existing and new customers.

  • Gather necessary information to understand customer requirements.

  • Resolve customer queries and direct leads to the appropriate sales team members.

  • Effectively qualify and route leads based on the nature of inquiries and requests.

  • Handle objections to move leads through the sales process.

  • Provide excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Focus on customer needs while ensuring a smooth handover to inside sales representatives.

  • Align with and achieve set key performance indicators related to lead handling and qualification.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • 1+ year of business sales experience (tech/software a plus).

  • Motivated and positive professional with a desire to impact a growing business.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
