Qualifications

• Licensed agents with Florida 2-40, 2-15, or equivalent resident health license.
• Active Florida license required before selling; unlicensed candidates welcome to start.
• Phone sales experience and ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the business.
• Medicare, ACA, or hospital indemnity experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle qualified inbound calls from consumers seeking health coverage.
• Recommend Hospital Indemnity, Short Term Home Health Care, Prescription Giveback programs, and other appropriate solutions.
• Explain coverage clearly, address concerns, and close business by phone.
• Monitor activity, issued business, production, and earnings in real time.
• Use coaching and call feedback to strengthen your approach and increase production.
• Maintain professional and compliant client interactions while representing ShieldStone with integrity.
