Job summary

Group 1001 Insurance is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with advisors, answering questions on product features, illustrations, and literature requests. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide sales support, and collaborate with marketing campaigns to drive advisor engagement.

The role emphasizes consultative, phone-based service, with training provided to deepen product knowledge and support for external wholesalers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, marketing or customer service in financial services preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• FINRA Series 6/63 and Life & Health licenses preferred or obtained within 4 months of hire.
• Experience presenting technical product knowledge clearly.

Responsibilities

• First line of client-facing contacts on incoming calls and sales support.
• Provides product and illustration sales support.
• Fields inbound calls from advisor/broker inquiries and provides solutions.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and strengthens brand with advisors.
• Documents activity in the CRM system (Salesforce) and supports campaigns.
