Group 1001 is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to build advisor relationships and help meet sales goals. This consultative, phone-based role responds to agent inquiries and provides product information, illustrations, and literature requests. Training will develop expertise to support advisors and maintain strong brand integrity.

You will log activities in Salesforce, collaborate with wholesalers and marketing, and identify cross-sell opportunities while delivering excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sales, marketing or customer service in financial services.
• Licensing knowledge a plus; FINRA Series 6/63 and State Life & Health licenses preferred or obtained within 4 months.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and remotely on phone and virtual relationships.
• Experience with CRM and sales funnels.

• Be first line of client facing contacts on inbound calls.
• Provide product and illustration sales support.
• Handle inbound broker inquiries and respond to requests.
• Generate illustrations and webinars from calls.
• Document activity in CRM (Salesforce) and support campaigns.
• Collaborate with home office departments and meet sales goals.
